Hepatitis A Vaccine
 

Recommended for 

children who has yet to receive Hepatitis A vaccine and is above 1 year of age 

DTaP Vaccine
 

Recommended for 

children at 2 months old (1st dose), 3 months old (2nd dose) and 5 months old (3rd dose)

Hepatitis B Vaccine
 

Recommended for 

children at 0 month of age

(1 dose) or children who have not received vaccine at birth.

MMR Vaccine
 

Recommended for 

Children at 9 months (1st dose) and at 12 months (2nd dose)

Junior Vaccination
(6-in-1)

Recommended for 

children at 2 months old (1st dose), 3 months old (2nd dose) and 5 months old (3rd dose)

HPV Gardasil-9 Package

Recommended for 

girls as young as 9 years old. 3 doses should be administered at month 0, month 2 and month 6

Haemophilus Influenzae Type B

Recommended for 

children to get a booster at 18 months old

Pneumococcal Vaccination

Recommended for 

children to get 2 doses at 4 months old, 6 months old and a booster at 15 months old

Rotavirus Vaccine (Oral)

Recommended for 

children children between age 6 weeks - 24 weeks. First dose to be given after 6 weeks of age

  • Wear a short-sleeved shirt for your comfort and convenience for the vaccination

  • Keep the plaster on your injection site for at least 2 hours after your vaccination

  • You will need to fill in a health declaration form before your vaccination
